These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Shaymaa Designs website and services in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
1. Services Offered
We provide graphic design services and sell digital or printed products related to branding, logos, social media, marketing materials, and more.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before the final delivery of designs.
- Payments are accepted (e.g., Mada, Visa, MasterCard).
- No refunds are offered after work has started unless agreed in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
- All designs remain the property of Shaymaa Designs until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, ownership rights (as agreed) are transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Revisions & Delivery
- We offer Three rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
- Delivery times depend on the project scope and will be clearly communicated.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, including:
- Spreading harmful content
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Attempting to breach our website security
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through Saudi courts.
